1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, forms, quizzes, calendars, and services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

2) What We Do

We help RV park owners modernize operations, evaluate options, and, where appropriate, structure partnerships or sales. Any specific engagement (consulting, rev-share pilot, on-site support, or a purchase/transition) will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If any conflict exists, that signed agreement controls.

 

3) Not Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Materials on this Site—including quiz results, checklists, or "paths"—are general information. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own professional advisors.

 

4) Your Responsibilities

You represent that information you submit (e.g., park details, revenue ranges, photos/maps) is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content.

 

5) Appointments & Cancellations

If you book a call, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email/text. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline meetings at our discretion.

 

6) Fees & Payment (When Applicable)

Any fees, revenue-share, or reimbursements will be spelled out in the specific engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt. Late balances may pause work.

 

7) Results & Testimonials

We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., occupancy, ADR, sale price, or timing). Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

 

8) Intellectual Property

Site content (text, graphics, logos, and layouts) is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written consent. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them.

 

9) Third-Party Tools & Links

We may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., GoHighLevel, Calendly, Google, mapping, booking software). We are not responsible for those providers or their policies.

 

10) Prohibited Uses

Do not misuse the Site or Services (e.g., reverse engineering, scraping, introducing malware, or violating laws).

 

11) Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

 

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

 

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RVolve harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without regard to conflicts rules). Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Pierce County, WA, except you may bring a claim in small-claims court. You waive jury trial and class actions.

 

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Effective date." Continued use means you accept the changes.

 

16) SMS Messaging Service Terms

RVolve Group, LLC ("RVolve," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging service (the "SMS Service") that allows us to send text messages to RV park owners, prospective clients, and other individuals who have expressly opted in, regarding their inquiries, consultations, and engagements with RVolve. By enrolling in or otherwise using the SMS Service, you agree to these SMS terms in addition to the rest of our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

16.1 How You Opt In

You may provide your express written consent to receive SMS messages from RVolve Group in any of the following ways:

 

Website form: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on a contact, quiz, or inquiry form at https://rvolve.group and submitting your mobile phone number. The checkbox is not pre-checked, is optional, and is not required to submit an inquiry, complete a quiz, book a consultation, or receive any other service.

 

Consultation or engagement intake: By checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile number on an intake form, consultation booking page, or engagement document provided by RVolve.

 

Keyword opt-in (double opt-in): By texting an advertised keyword (for example, "JOIN" or "INFO") to one of our designated SMS numbers. After you send the keyword, you will receive a confirmation message asking you to reply "Y" or "YES" to complete enrollment. You will not be enrolled in the SMS Service until you send that confirmation reply.

 

By opting in, you consent to receive both transactional and promotional messages from RVolve Group as described in Section 16.2. This single consent covers both message categories.

 

At the point of opt-in, you will be presented with the following disclosure:

"By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from RVolve Group, LLC at the number provided, including appointment and consultation updates, engagement-related communications, and occasional informational or promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."

 

You represent that you are the subscriber or a customary user of the mobile phone number you provide, that you are authorized to enroll that number in the SMS Service, and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and in any event at least 13 years of age.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

16.2 Types of Messages You Will Receive

By opting in, you agree to receive the following types of SMS messages from RVolve Group:

 

Alerts: Appointment and consultation alerts, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations.

Notifications: Engagement-related notifications for active consulting, rev-share, or transition projects; follow-ups to inquiries or quiz submissions; and account or service notifications.

Promotions: Occasional promotional messages about new RVolve Group resources, offerings, events, or educational content.

 

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

 

Example message: "Hi [Name], this is RVolve Group confirming your consultation on Tuesday at 2:00 PM PT. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

 

We will never send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties, and we will never use the SMS Service to send content unrelated to RVolve Group.

 

16.3 Costs and Carrier Disclaimers

We do not charge a fee for the SMS Service.

 

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Carriers supported include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Supported carriers may change without notice. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on the effective transmission of your carrier and is not guaranteed. RVolve Group is not liable for any delays, failures, or mis-deliveries of any SMS messages.

 

16.4 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time and at no cost.

 

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

 

We also honor other recognized opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] and request removal from our SMS list.

 

After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, we will not send any further SMS messages to your mobile number unless you subsequently opt in again. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us promptly so that we do not inadvertently send messages to a reassigned number.

 

16.5 Help and Support

For help regarding the SMS Service:

 

Reply HELP to any message you receive from us. Our automated response will include the program name, contact information, and instructions for opting out.

16.6 Privacy and Data Sharing

By using the SMS Service, you acknowledge that RVolve Group will collect and process your mobile number and related information (such as opt-in status, message content, message logs, and timestamps) to operate the SMS Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy, located at https://rvolve.group/privacy-policy.

 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information obtained through the SMS Service, including mobile opt-in data and consent records, are excluded from any third-party sharing. Information may only be shared with subcontractors and service providers (such as our SMS platform provider) that support the operation of the SMS Service, and such sharing is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service and is governed by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

 

We retain records of your SMS consent, opt-in method, and opt-out requests for the duration of your relationship with RVolve and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by applicable law and carrier requirements.

 

16.7 Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or, where appropriate, via SMS. Your continued use of the SMS Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
