• Provide the SMS Service

• Maintain records of consent and opt-out, as required by carriers and applicable law (including A2P 10DLC compliance)

• Resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights

 

Opt-out and suppression records are retained indefinitely to ensure we do not inadvertently re-contact any number that has opted out. When other information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our general data retention practices and applicable law.

• Withdraw consent for processing where applicable

Our opt-in checkboxes are never pre-checked and are always optional.
